About The Position

alo is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This strategic role partners closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, Procurement, and Corporate Shared Services to manage enterprise spending in alignment with company goals. You'll leverage financial systems and cross-functional collaboration to provide visibility into spend, identify risks and opportunities, and help drive informed, impactful decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or operations finance; background in retail, e-commerce, apparel, or consumer goods is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail; comfortable interpreting and summarizing large datasets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to navigate shifting business needs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools such as Tableau, Tango, Alteryx, and Coupa is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and management reporting deliverables.
  • Maintain an enterprise-wide view of capital spend and track the application of hard benefits across spend groups.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for indirect enterprise spend across Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, HR, and Supply Chain.
  • Ensure accurate invoice coding and allocation to support clear, cross-functional reporting.
  • Champion the adoption and optimization of enterprise procurement systems to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Identify and address risks and opportunities by collaborating with and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Leverage technology to streamline budget and forecast processes and improve efficiency.
  • Lead and develop a team of high-performing FP&A associates in managing enterprise spend.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders through accountability and strategic partnership.
  • Support the monthly close process in partnership with accounting, including variance analysis and accruals.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support various business needs.
