Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or Industrial Engineering
- 3 + years' experience in engineering, supply chain, or automated manufacturing
- Proven expertise in sustainable transportation or alternate fuel vehicles
- Strong data analytics and dashboard creation skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Demonstrated leadership in program/project management and operational improvement
- Hands-On experience with a focus on Automotive/Trailer Knowledge
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years' experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
- Option 2: 6 years' experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
- 2 years' supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of alternate fuel vehicle technologies
- Oversee automation engineering projects to improve fleet efficiency and sustainability
- Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Analyze data and create dashboards to drive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with fleet regulations and best practices
