In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming our fleet and influencing industry standards. Join Walmart Fleet Services as a Senior Manager, Automation Engineering and help lead the transition to a zero-emissions fleet. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or Industrial Engineering
  • 3 + years’ experience in engineering, supply chain, or automated manufacturing
  • Proven expertise in sustainable transportation or alternate fuel vehicles
  • Strong data analytics and dashboard creation skills (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Demonstrated leadership in program/project management and operational improvement
  • Hands-On experience with a focus on Automotive/Trailer Knowledge
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
  • Option 2: 6 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of alternate fuel vehicle technologies
  • Oversee automation engineering projects to improve fleet efficiency and sustainability
  • Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
  • Analyze data and create dashboards to drive decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with fleet regulations and best practices
