The FP&A Business Partner for Compensation & Headcount Management will be an important liaison between Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams. You will oversee compensation-related matters, budgeting, forecasting, and managing headcount plans and associated expenses. You will also aim at improving processes, automating systems, and enhancing data understanding across departments. You will report to the Director, FP&A. This is a remote position in the United States #LI-Remote
