About The Position
The Sr. Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) serves as a trusted leader in the CooperSurgical division of CooperCompanies. Reporting to the Sr. Director Commercial FP&A, this position will be the lead finance business partner to the Sr. VP of Commercial SBU and International Medical Device. The position will be accountable for leading the business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities for a global franchise of fast-growing medical devices. This is a critical and highly visible role supporting a ~$400 million franchise that requires strong leadership skills, sharp financial acumen, and a solid business sense. This role works in a fast-paced, competitive environment fueled by a commitment to healthy women, babies and families. You will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. This role is a full-time in-office position and is based out of our HQ office located in Trumbull, CT.
