The Small Commercial Agency Compensation team partners with Sales leadership and key business partners to strategize and manage the overall compensation philosophy ensuring alignment with profitable, sustainable growth, maintaining a competitive cost structure, driving execution of strategic plans and monitoring of result. As a Sr Manager, Financial Analysis, you will lead the design, modeling, and evaluation of incentive deals to ensure economic viability and proactively identify trends and impacts to inform business decisions. You will act as a subject matter expert on agency compensation and leverage strong business acumen and financial skills to advise on the development of optimal outcomes in managing over half a billion dollars in commissions expense. This position may coach and mentor other team members.
