About The Position

We are looking for a strategic and metrics-driven Field Marketing Leader to oversee the strategy and scale of a high-impact program engine that drives qualified pipeline, accelerates deals, and secures senior buyer engagement with Sales. You will lead a strategic portfolio of executive dinners, intimate roundtables, high-touch meeting programs, regional activations, and partner/industry tradeshows specifically designed to penetrate enterprise companies and accelerate growth within our targeted owned accounts. To drive these results, you will manage an Events Marketing Manager while collaborating deeply with stakeholders across Sales, BDRs, Demand Gen, Revenue Ops, and Comms.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B Field Marketing experience, with a proven track record of running high-touch programs that generate qualified pipeline for enterprise sales teams.
  • Direct people management experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team while remaining hands-on in the execution of the program engine.
  • Demonstrated success booking meetings and creating opportunities through in-person events like executive dinners, intimate roundtables, high-touch programs, regional activations, and partner/industry tradeshows.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to align on target lists, earn trust, and drive mutual accountability for follow-up and conversion.
  • Strong operational and project management skills with the experience to juggle multiple programs and vendors, and execute under tight timelines.
  • Data-driven approach to reporting and optimization with a focus on defining success metrics, tracking pipeline impact, and managing budgets.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools with preference for Salesforce and HubSpot to manage data and ROI.
  • High level of executive presence and polish to create experiences that resonate with Director, VP, and C-level audiences and represent Typeface at the highest level.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation & Portfolio Strategy: Determine the optimal mix of field programs across territories to ensure a consistent volume of high-value "face-time" and qualified opportunities from enterprise companies and targeted accounts.
  • Tight Sales Partnership: Partner tightly with Sales leadership and Account Executives to align on target lists, priority accounts, and quarterly goals. Build field plans that directly support their pipeline needs and deal acceleration.
  • Attendee Acquisition & Conversion: Own the attendee journey, from the first invite to the post-event follow-up. Ensure a seamless handoff of event insights to Sales to accelerate post-event follow-up and convert engagement into booked meetings.
  • Operational Excellence & Stewardship: Manage the full execution lifecycle of every program, including budget allocation, vendor negotiations and management, and run-of-show logistics. Ensure every activation runs flawlessly and reflects our brand’s standard for executive polish.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track meetings booked, pipeline created, and deal velocity. Use this data to refine targeting, format, and messaging to continuously improve conversion rates and ROI.
