  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deploy marketing strategies that drive revenue, retail growth, and guest engagement
  • Partner closely with Midwest operations teams to activate programs and support on‑site execution
  • Customize and implement marketing initiatives that align with each account’s unique needs
  • Analyze app, POS, and consumer data to shape future offerings and inform strategic decisions
  • Develop communication plans that strengthen visibility, storytelling, and brand alignment
  • Support and enhance digital signage and visual merchandising across operations
  • Promote and grow catering programs through targeted marketing and client‑focused initiatives
  • Present results, insights, and program impact to clients and internal stakeholders
