Requirements

Proven track record in delivering measurable impact through events.
Strong execution experience across diverse event types.
Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration and partnership.
High standards in project and vendor management for optimal event execution.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make timely, quality decisions.
Effective communicator for managing stakeholders and aligning teams.

Responsibilities

Own execution of priority field marketing programs, including conferences and owned events.
Run tentpole conference programs end-to-end, managing timelines and vendor coordination.
Iterate the event playbook through comprehensive planning templates and post-mortems.
Drive conversion post-events by coordinating lead routing and follow-up sequences.
Execute partner field programs with strategic partners to create new demand.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive event experiences.
Track KPIs and improve performance through data analysis and learning loops.
