As a Senior Manager, Events Marketing, you will lead the planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of our global events portfolio. You’ll ensure every detail—from booth builds to vendor management to onsite logistics—is delivered flawlessly and aligned with our commercial goals. This role is deeply operational, highly collaborative, and essential to bringing our brand to life in the field. You will partner across marketing, sales, product, and regional teams to ensure every event runs smoothly, delivers value, and supports our broader go-to-market efforts You possess a deep understanding of our audiences—what motivates them, what influences their decisions, and what interactions move them to action. You use these insights to shape an event strategy that is bold, data-backed, and aligned to business objectives. Whether designing a flagship conference, an executive summit, or a high-impact industry presence, you architect experiences that seamlessly connect brand, message, and market. You will partner closely with product marketing, sales, customer success, and brand teams to ensure events are fully integrated into GTM motions. You influence stakeholders across the organization, navigate competing priorities, and bring disciplined leadership to complex cross-functional initiatives. You measure success not only in attendance and engagement, but in pipeline influence, deal acceleration, and brand resonance. Above all, you bring creativity, executive presence, and an owner's mindset—balancing vision with execution and ensuring every event meaningfully moves the business forward.
