We are seeking a Senior Marketing Program Manager to join the Marketing team at Robinhood and help scale our Events initiatives. This is a crucial role for enhancing and scaling our marketing capabilities — ensuring that our marketers, producers, creatives, and agency partners are set up for success in delivering the best work possible for our customers! As a Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will manage internal workstreams across Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesion. You will facilitate meetings, oversee asset timelines, lead Legal and Compliance submissions, and support reporting and retrospectives to improve execution over time. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, New York offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
