About The Position

Elephas, a Madison, WI-based biotechnology start-up company, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications that will be responsible for overall ownership, performance, and evolution of the company’s enterprise application ecosystem with primary responsibility for ERP, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Operations. This role collaborates with key business stakeholders, system administrators, and analysts to prioritize and execute requirements. This role will be responsible for end-to-end leadership across system strategy, governance, delivery, and ongoing optimization. This role balances strategic planning with operational execution. Applicants should be comfortable in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field as outlined in the essential duties, or 4 years of relevant experience
5+ years of relevant professional experience as outlined in the essential duties

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience operating under SDLC or other software-specific project management process
Experience working as an application analyst, business analyst, or product owner on information technology projects
Experience in NetSuite or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Experience with medical billing revenue cycle systems
Experience working on Agile development teams
Strong technical background, with experience in configurations, database systems, and software testing tools and frameworks
Experience working in the life sciences industry, laboratory operations, or other relevant field

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise ERP business systems and IT roadmaps to support Finance, Revenue Cycle, Operations, and Reporting
Own and oversee medical billing revenue cycle systems to support billing, collections, reimbursement, and payer workflows
