About The Position

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager, Email Marketing, to lead high-impact email campaigns that drive agent engagement and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a performance-focused marketer with deep expertise in lifecycle email strategy, segmentation, and optimization with B2B marketing experience. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on lifecycle strategy and performance optimization.
  • Proven success in increasing email engagement and revenue through targeted campaigns and testing.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards – specifically HubSpot
  • Strong copywriting, content & .html skills.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and customer experience design.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing high-volume promotional campaigns and enterprise email programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results, including YoY revenue growth and improved engagement metrics.
  • Insurance industry experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end email marketing strategy, including segmentation, content development, testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle campaigns for onboarding, retention, reactivation, and cart recovery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, UX) to align email efforts with broader business goals.
  • Manage multi-brand email programs for non-P&C, ensuring consistency and compliance across multiple audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
  • Update audience lists, ensure list hygiene for optimal deliverability and performance, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain distribution calendars and coordinate with social content to support email initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest email marketing trends, tools and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
