The Senior Manager, PMO is a key leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operation, discipline, and stability of the centralized PMO. Reporting to the Director of Programs, this role leads PMO execution, enforces standards and governance, and serves as the primary operational interface between the PMO and cross-functional partners. This role is foundational to sustaining a high-performing PMO. The Senior Manager sets expectations, establishes operating cadence, develops and enforces processes, and ensures Program Managers are accountable for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and compliance alignment. The role requires strong leadership presence, the ability to influence without direct authority, and skill managing performance in a complex, regulated environment. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring the employee to report to the Oakland General Office at least ONE day per week. The remaining days may be worked remotely, depending on business needs. The headquarters location is flexible and must be within the PG&E service territory.
