About The Position

We are seeking an Senior Manager, Digital to partner with the Creative Director Web Design and Digital to shape the future of enterprise design workflows and elevate customer experiences through design. This role will be pivotal in scaling our Figma-driven production systems, mentoring a team of designers, and ensuring creative excellence across digital channels. The ideal candidate combines a strong foundation in design craft with advanced knowledge of Figma, proven team leadership, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technology, operations, and offshore partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, or equivalent experience; or 8-10 years of digital design and production experience, including at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
  • Advanced expertise in Figma, including component libraries, design systems, plug-ins, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles across web, mobile app, email, and social channels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD; motion/animation experience (Premiere/After Effects) a plus.
  • Experience managing global/offshore teams and fostering global collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance hands-on design work with leadership and mentorship responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global studio leads to design, test, and optimize Figma-based production solutions that increase velocity, scalability, and creative consistency across brands.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing clear direction, feedback, and professional development support.
  • Translate creative briefs and business requirements into scalable design systems and templates in Figma.
  • Collaborate with creative leadership, copy, UX, operations, and MarTech partners to ensure workflows align with enterprise standards.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality, brand, and accessibility standards while hitting aggressive production timelines.
  • Pilot and refine new Figma features, plug-ins, and workflows, staying ahead of industry practices and scaling best-in-class approaches across teams.
  • Serve as escalation point for design and production challenges, resolving issues in partnership with offshore studio leaders.
  • Report progress, insights, and recommendations to the Group Creative Director and cross-functional stakeholders.
