Our Middle Market Digital Experiences team is leading a critical transformation within Global Commercial Services (GCS) creating a next-generation digital ecosystem of streamlined, modern experiences that empower businesses to manage and grow with confidence. This work is central to our strategy of delivering integrated, customer-first solutions, making the team's role both highly visible and mission critical. As a Senior Manager of Product Development, you will play a key role in building a best-in-class digital ecosystem that transforms how Middle Market customers engage with American Express. You'll help design and deliver intuitive digital platform experiences that give businesses actionable spend insights, streamline program communications (alerts and notifications), and power personalized dashboards and navigation. Your role will translate strategy into execution-simplifying complexity, driving delivery across cross-functional teams, and delivering digital capabilities that scale across products and personas. You'll influence the roadmap, connect strategy to outcomes, and deliver measurable impact for customers and the business.
