About The Position

The Senior Manager, Digital Product Management will lead business-side eCommerce initiatives from concept to launch, focusing on site experiences such as cart, checkout, and payment solutions. This role will drive operational excellence, ensure robust UAT through well-defined business cases, and champion data-driven optimization. Additionally, the Senior Manager will own the personalization roadmap and SEO strategy, while overseeing the adoption of new tools and features that enhance the customer journey. Acting as a key liaison between brands, IT, and external partners, this role ensures projects meet business objectives and deliver a seamless, performing, eCommerce experience.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience in Ecommerce with a deep understanding of online shopping and best–in-class experiences including competitive landscaping
  • Deep experience with Ecommerce platforms and tools, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Experience with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Expertise in SEO strategy and execution
  • Experience in personalization tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in Analytics platforms
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Strong project management skills with proven record of delivering high quality work under tight deadlines
  • Solid understanding of UAT processes and operational workflows

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-brand, eCommerce initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
  • Define functional requirements and prioritize features for release.
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Use user research, competitive benchmarking, and analytics tools to identify opportunities and articulate business value.
  • Partner with IT teams (SFCC, OMS) and vendors to ensure technical deliverables align with business goals.
  • Maintain strong alignment with IT partners, brands, ADX cross-functional teams on status, timelines and change request.
  • Monitor JIRA backlog to ensure high-impact defects are resolved promptly and updates are communicated.
  • Support business case development and ROI analysis for new features and functionalities.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, including feed management and integrations enhancements.
  • Build detailed business test cases for all eCommerce projects.
  • Ensure alignment of UAT scenarios with business requirements.
  • Coordinate with brand teams for execution and monitor results for completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with brands and internal stakeholders to define and maintain the SEO roadmap.
  • Partner with SEO vendors to execute initiatives that drive organic traffic and improve search visibility.
  • Continuously monitor performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Centralize SEO practices by implementing best-in-class standards and driving consistency across all brands.
  • Leverage the SEO playbook to ensure operational excellence, aligning technical requirements with IT and business-side best practices.
  • Collaborate with brands and Director of eCommerce Experience to define the personalization roadmap and own its execution.
  • Partner with vendors and analytics team to ensure proper implementation, monitor performance, and propose iterative improvements.
  • Report on business results and provide actionable insights to optimize personalization strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to leverage data for tailored customer experiences.
