About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital strategy and team for our $30m+ B2B promotional products company. You'll own the full website experience across custom.sockclub.com and our digital properties; driving market share growth, supporting the launch of new products, and optimizing every stage of the customer journey. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and requires collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Creative, Development, and Customer Service.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in digital marketing with 5+ years managing B2B/e-commerce teams
  • Proven success driving measurable results in SEO, paid media, CRO, and UX optimization for B2B
  • Platform expertise with Hubspot, GA4, Webflow, ahrefs, and CRO tools (Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, etc.)
  • Strategic leadership experience influencing C-suite stakeholders and managing significant ad budgets
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and funnel analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with promotional product industry platforms (SAGE, ESP) is a strong plus
  • Bonus points for AI tool proficiency in marketing automation and technical knowledge of Java/Python

Responsibilities

  • Own the B2B digital strategy with full P&L responsibility for digital revenue from traffic acquisition through conversion
  • Dominate organic search by leading our strategy to win #1 Google ranking for "custom socks" and grow overall SEO performance
  • Architect the full-funnel experience for two customer types: direct buyers and agency/bulk resellers, developing quarterly strategic roadmaps for UX, CRO, and SEO initiatives
  • Scale paid media performance by managing and optimizing ~$100K monthly ad budget across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
  • Enhance our industry presence on promotional product marketplaces (SAGE, ESP) and other digital platforms
  • Lead and mentor a talented 2-person digital marketing team while partnering cross-functionally to align initiatives with business goals
  • Drive experimentation by building testing frameworks that scale new features, layouts, and content to increase conversion and AOV
  • Analyze and report on KPIs including organic traffic, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates using GA4, heatmaps, and analytics tools
