We're looking for the person who can build and own that content strategy. As our Senior Digital Content Manager, you’ll lead our content strategy across all our digital space. Managing a team of digital gurus, you will help shape the future of Dreyer’s digital footprint. We’re looking for our conductor! Who you are You are someone who gets excited about weaving brand building, business growth, and social content together to create a world class content strategy for one of our premier brands. You get pumped about guiding both internal and external teams with a clear strategy that comes to life via creative briefs that can continue to build the business and the fandom that surrounds our household brands. You can inspire the creative agency, and rally the internal team around where you envision this strategy coming to life. You'll be the driving force behind bringing a cohesive strategy together and unleashing it across our social channels (Tik Tok, Instagram and YouTube). Social is the new search. You understand how people are finding content works across more verticals (Web/SEO, Paid Search, etc) and how to build a broader strategy that weaves our channels together. You know what it takes to build a brand digitally, including owning and managing a website, owning and managing SEO and owning and managing our entire digital content strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and managing a team of both junior and senior employees, helping mentor them and providing best in practice strategy.
  • Expertise in SEO tools and best practices, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Contentful, or similar platforms to build, publish, and maintain digital content.
  • Strong analytics capabilities, with hands‑on experience using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and KPI dashboards to track performance and inform optimization.
  • Experience managing multi‑format digital content workflows, including editorial calendars, asset management systems, and collaboration tools used by writers, designers, and videographers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and market analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.
  • Define content pillars, themes, and a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
  • Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content in various formats (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social media updates, website copy).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, designers/freelancers, and sales, to ensure content integration and impact.
  • Oversee content creation process, either through direct contribution or by managing freelance writers, designers, and videographers.
  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and drive organic traffic.
  • Develop and manage social media content strategies to foster community and engagement.
  • Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate our content efforts.
  • Manage and mentor content creators /team members.
  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
