WALB News 10 in Albany, Georgia, is looking for a Digital Content Manager to lead our high-performing digital team. The WALB Digital Content Manager is responsible for content on multiple digital platforms, including web, social media, and livestreaming. This role is not for a beginner - you must know social media algorithms and understand how to adjust strategies to them. You must work closely with newsroom leadership to implement engaging content plans. You must also have great newsroom judgment and understand that, as a manager, you will have a flexible schedule. Requirements
- Education background in either journalism or communications.
- Must have at least 2 years as a digital producer in a newsroom.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
