The Senior Manager, Digital Analytics is a senior individual contributor within Marriott’s Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI organization, responsible for shaping how analytics informs digital product strategy and investment decisions. This role partners closely with Digital Product, Technology, and Engineering leaders to understand business goals, define success metrics, and proactively guide analytical focus toward the highest-impact opportunities. Acting as a trusted strategic advisor, the Senior Manager moves beyond reporting to frame ambiguous problems, assess tradeoffs, and translate data into clear, executive-ready recommendations. Success in this role requires strong technical analytics expertise combined with exceptional executive communication and the ability to influence product direction through insight, storytelling, and informed judgment.
