Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech The Senior Manager, Surgical Robotics Demand, Inventory, and Service Planning will be accountable for developing the consensus forecast, optimizing inventory, managing service/repair planning, and achieving customer service goals. This includes demand planning, inventory planning, new product launch planning, execution oversight, and monitoring and reporting of results to management. Additional responsibilities include facilitating Demand Review forum(s), part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and identifying drivers of key performance metrics and action plans to meet/exceed business targets. The Demand, Inventory and Service planning manager works in close collaboration with commercial, finance, R&D, value stream/product management, and Service/repair ensure aligned business decisions are driven and appropriately communicated throughout the organization. This individual will report to the Surgical Robotics Global Planning leader.
