About The Position

The Senior Manager Demand COE & Process Capability will implement system and process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and create tools and documentation resulting in enhanced forecasting capabilities. The role will oversee the statistical and baseline team as well as supporting process analytical needs. The role will also provide ad hoc reporting, lead training workshops, and maintain a skills matrix to develop key team capabilities so we can win with our customers, categories, and support the cross functional needs of the NA Cluster business.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of forecast/demand planning related experience required
  • IBP demand module system knowledge required with a high proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and results oriented
  • Critical thinker with strong problem solving and able to navigate ambiguity
  • Strong technical skills with ability to mine large amounts of data, develop new tools, and drive process improvements
  • Ability to obtain and analyze data, take initiative, develop strong relationships with business partners, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in investigative reasoning and with calculations and numbers; strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and implements system and process enhancements to improve forecasting capabilities
  • Deep dives system and reporting issues, working with IT & Analytics to root cause, correct, and improve
  • Creates tools, audits, and documentation to enhance forecasting processes and user knowledge
  • Provides overall reporting and analysis on an ad hoc basis
  • Leads workshops and develops training materials to increase forecasting knowledge throughout Perrigo
  • Develops and maintains a skills matrix to assess and build key capabilities needed within the team to win with our customers
  • Develops tool kit with inputs from Incites and Analytics to support Marketing consumption forecasts with tools, processes, and comprehensive due-to-analytics that guide assumptions and inputs vs our shipment forecasts, balancing data insights with business context
