About The Position

Lead the Supply Planning COE business process team, serving as the steward for global production planning and sterilization planning processes. Drive the design, enhancement, and deployment of integrated planning capabilities across Kinaxis and SAP platforms. Partner with materials leadership, BPLs, planners, and cross‑functional leaders from across the globe to align priorities, resolve system and process issues, and enable best‑practice adoption. Manage end‑to-end process improvement efforts, including requirements, design, testing, and change enablement. Ensure the integrity of planning data and maintain clear, accessible documentation, training materials, and user support structures. Mentor and develop a team of business process analysts supporting global planning solutions. Foster collaboration across the supply planning community to share best practices and promote innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, IS or related field
  • 5+ years of supply chain planning experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis (or other advanced planning tool) and SAP
  • Strong project management, facilitation and leadership skills
  • Excellence communication capabilities across all organizational levels
  • Ability to travel 10%
  • Demonstrated adaptability and comfort with evolving processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA with emphasis in Operations or IS Management
  • APICS certification
