As the Senior Manager in Customer Strategy and Integration, you’ll bring the customer voice to partners’ strategies and identify opportunities to deliver long-term value and achieve business goals. You’ll develop customer strategies leveraging primary and secondary research, behavioral, operational and performance data and more to provide trusted perspectives on our customers. You’ll also partner to integrate those insights and strategies into business strategies as well as contribute to evolving our enterprise customer strategy and annual strategic planning process. This role ultimately illuminates actionable insights and guides customer strategies to impact the business at Best Buy at the enterprise level. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
