Lead cross-functional collaboration to build effective go-to-market campaigns across owned and paid channels, ensuring a unified and cohesive external approach Coordinate with channel leads - as well as product and segment marketing - to plan, execute and optimize campaigns and drive channel strategy recommendations Partner with brand and creative services to ensure creative outputs align to audience needs and business outcomes Partner with integrated planning team to help ensure successful execution of programs and marketing planning processes Oversee competitive analysis to inform channel recommendations Manage external agency partners to drive creative and strategic deliverables Drive development and adoption of innovative formats and channel execution Establish genuine and collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and external partners to align deliverables with strategic objectives and support commercial outcomes Operate with high urgency; persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles Work effectively in a highly matrixed organization to increase transparency and solve shared challenges
