Responsibilities Your Role: The Senior Manager, Customer Marketing Analytics is responsible for driving optimal efficiency of trade spending through customer and product prioritization, delivering an accurate volume forecast, and ensuring efficient utilization of production resources. In this role, you will have a direct impact on business performance by improving trade marketing effectiveness and aligning tactics to changing market conditions. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to ensure customer marketing strategies translate into profitable growth and operational excellence across the Tableware portfolio. Strategic Function In conjunction with the VP Trade Marketing, this role will: Lead, develop, and continuously improve customer event and volume forecast analytics to optimize Tableware trade spending efficiency and drive brand share growth. Assist Trade Directors in the leadership and execution of customer-level annual strategic plans, including: Customer marketing events Shelf-level assortment (distribution optimization) At-shelf promotions At-shelf pricing (every day and event) Optimize Tableware portfolio spend across customers and products to ensure trade investments are prioritized toward the highest-return opportunities. Drive forecast accuracy and alignment between customer plans, financial targets, and production capacity. Tactical Function Provide direction, funding guidance, and budgetary control to field sales managers in the execution of promotional programs for retail customers. Serve as a key interface among Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to ensure forecast accuracy and efficient utilization of production resources. Approve and monitor trade funding requests from field sales in alignment with business plans and approved budget levels. Analyze and report marketplace conditions using IRI / Nielsen syndicated data, along with internal and external data sources. Provide guidance and decision support to Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain partners related to trade programs, customer plans, and field sales execution. Where applicable, comply with SQF and GMP practices to ensure safe food-contact packaging products and escalate food safety issues to appropriate authorities.
