We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Customer Advocacy to build our customer advocacy program from the ground up. This is a new role with real ownership: you’ll design the program, choose the tools that power it, and run it. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success team to find customers who love what Tempo does for them, build genuine relationships with those people, and then help them share their stories in ways that strengthen our brand and support our growth. This role sits inside the Marketing team and reports directly to the VP of Marketing. It’s a high-visibility position that both our Sales and Marketing leaders care about, because the work you do will directly affect how we build Tempo’s reputation and how quickly we close deals.
