This critical leadership role will oversee 10+ regional culture and engagement leads, driving cultural maturity and organizational excellence across all regions. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with deep expertise in organizational development, change management, and stakeholder engagement at scale. They will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for globally dispersed audiences and cultures. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide strategies that cultivate an environment reflecting our organizational values and behaviors, ensuring employees worldwide feel engaged, supported, and proud of their contributions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate vision into actionable programs while building capability within a distributed team of regional leaders.
