The Senior Manager, Culinary Offer Implementation plays a critical leadership role within the Good Eating Company, guiding the delivery of culinary excellence across a portfolio of Bay Area operations. This position provides strategic direction, hands‑on culinary support, and expert guidance to ensure that all locations consistently meet the highest standards of food quality, innovation, and operational performance. With a strong focus on growth, profitability, and client satisfaction, this leader partners closely with senior leadership, operations teams, and culinary talent to implement culinary standards, elevate food programs, and drive continuous improvement. The Senior Manager serves as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert, shaping the culinary identity of the region while supporting new business, openings, and strategic initiatives. This role requires regular travel throughout the Bay Area and the flexibility to support multiple sites with varying needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of culinary standards, systems, and best practices across all assigned Bay Area accounts to ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Drive profitable growth by developing, communicating, and executing culinary initiatives that elevate food quality, streamline operations, and strengthen the overall guest experience.
  • Serve as the culinary subject‑matter expert, providing strategic guidance, hands‑on support, and innovative solutions to address business challenges and market opportunities.
  • Ensure purchasing compliance and product optimization, meeting targets for product rationalization, cost control, and alignment with enterprise culinary strategy.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that strengthen culinary skills, sanitation practices, and operational capabilities across management and culinary teams.
  • Support sales, proposals, and new account openings by contributing technical culinary expertise, menu development, and on‑site launch support.
