Boeing Law and Global Compliance is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Senior Manager to lead and further evolve Boeing’s Ethics Ambassador Program—a mature and growing initiative currently spanning 17 sites and over 170 Ethics Ambassadors across the enterprise. This role offers the opportunity to build on a strong and proven foundation by enhancing program depth, effectiveness, and long-term impact. While the program has expanded significantly since its inception in 2021, future growth will be selective and strategic, grounded in business needs and localized risk assessment. The Ethics and Compliance Sr. Manager will join the Localized Engagement team within the Ethics organization, reporting directly to the VP of Ethics, and will be responsible for sustaining and elevating the program’s effectiveness through focused enhancements, selective expansion, and thoughtful engagement strategies. In addition, this leader will have oversight responsibility for the Boeing Values Recognition Program which is an initiative launched across several key sites intended to help business leaders recognize and celebrate employees that have demonstrated commitment to the company’s Code of Conduct, Values, and Behaviors. Lastly, this leader will support strategic localized engagement efforts, in alignment with VP direction, which can include collaborating across Law & Global Compliance, with functional partners, and key stakeholders in the business to address emerging needs and mitigate compliance and ethical risks. This position can be located in Berkeley, MO; Seal Beach, CA; El Segundo, CA; Mesa, AZ; Portland, OR; Jacksonville, FL; San Antonio, TX; Miami, FL; Dallas, TX; North Charleston, SC; Kennedy Space Center, FL; Ridley Park, PA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Auburn, WA; Seattle, WA; Oklahoma City, OK; or Huntsville, AL. This position is expected to be 100% onsite with up to 40% travel expectations. Ethics Ambassadors are employees who dedicate 10–20% of their time serving as trusted, local champions of Boeing’s ethical culture—supporting communication, training, and ethics- and compliance-related initiatives within their organizations. The Program is also intended to offer meaningful leadership development opportunities for Ambassadors.
