About The Position

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager, Compensation to join our Global Compensation and Payroll group at Fossil. Reporting to the Sr. Director Compensation and Payroll, the Sr Manager, Compensation is responsible for managing, and optimizing compensation programs that support the company's global talent strategy. This role ensures consistency, competitiveness, across all regions in which the company operates. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability, global market expertise, and exceptional collaboration skills to advise leadership and drive equitable compensation practices worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation; at least 4 years in a global or multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency with compensation modeling and Excel.
  • Experience with global benchmarking surveys and compensation platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation principles, FLSA, and global compensation practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting high-growth or complex multinational organizations.
  • Familiarity with Dayforce or similar HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain global compensation frameworks, and guidelines aligned with business objectives and local market competitiveness.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, salary structure reviews) across multiple regions.
  • Manage global salary structure design, market benchmarking, job evaluation, and career framework alignment.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to recommend competitive pay practices and compensation solutions.
  • Partner with Finance to develop, manage and analyze Company Bonus Plans
  • Conduct global market analysis using salary surveys, industry benchmarks, and compensation analytics tools.
  • Evaluate compensation trends, regulatory changes, and economic conditions to inform global pay strategy.
  • Lead the global job architecture process, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • In partnership with the global HRBP Team, ensure global compensation programs comply with local labor laws, pay transparency regulations, tax requirements, and reporting standards.
  • Partner with Legal and HR teams to mitigate pay-related risks and strengthen governance practices.
  • Support global pay equity analysis and initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal teams to support compensation planning and workforce decisions.
  • Partner with Training and Communications HR Team to deliver training and communication materials to educate employees and managers on compensation programs.
  • Manage compensation tools and systems (Dayforce, Payfederate, Mercer, Radford, or similar survey data).
  • Create dashboards and/or reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
