This role plays a critical part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and performance-aligned pay practices that support business growth, talent retention, and shareholder value. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a thorough understanding of public company compensation practices, and the ability to manage both high-level strategy and detailed plan administration.
