Your Impact Starts Here We're looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Insights & Business Analytics who brings both analytical rigor and a passion for purpose-driven work. In this role, you'll lead the development of data-driven strategies that shape our commercial operations, pricing, and performance across key U.S. markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborating across teams, coaching others, and translating complex data into meaningful insights that drive real-world impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years in business analytics, forecasting, or commercial insights-ideally in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Experience leading projects or teams, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Excel, and data visualization tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IMS, NDC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive business reporting and analytics strategy.
  • Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports using Salesforce.com and other tools.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to support pricing, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Manage the Annual Price Increase process and maintain profitability models.
  • Support the development of incentive compensation programs that align with team goals.
  • Deliver insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Board meetings, and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform commercial decision-making.
  • Collaborate on customer mapping, territory planning, and RFP responses.
  • Provide scenario modeling and forecasting to support portfolio and pipeline growth.
  • Champion data integrity and alignment across systems and teams.
