The Senior Manager, Commercial Insights & Analytics will be responsible for leading market insights - including market modeling, market forecasting, and competitive intelligence - for the US Specimen Management (SM) commercial organization. This individual will be critical in providing fact-based insights to help drive strategic decision-making and tactical execution. This role requires expert analytical skills and the ability to balance navigating details - with utmost attention to detail and accuracy - and bigger picture strategy. Individuals applying for this role should have a passion for understanding customers and markets, problem-solving, and simplifying the complex. The Senior Manager, Commercial Insights & Analytics will report to the Senior Director of Commercial Insights & Operations. While this role does not have direct reports, this individual will be a team leader and coach to more junior team members.
