About The Position

The Senior Manager, Cobrand Card Acquisitions, will be responsible for supporting the U.S. Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card Marketing team to grow the Chase cobranded card portfolio. This role will lead integrated media, advertising and public relations efforts to drive awareness, consideration, acquisition and engagement for our Chase cobrand credit cards. This position is responsible for delivering the full-funnel marketing strategy, cross-channel media planning, creative development and PR storytelling that elevates the brand and accelerates growth. Involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, bank partners, and external agencies to optimize creative assets, campaign performance and achieve credit card sign-up goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in project management and/or program management
  • Experience with project management skills and having managed multiple projects from start to finish
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects across various channels

Nice To Haves

  • Background in consumer marketing and campaign execution

  • Strong relationship management skills (experience working with external partners is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance marketing and full-funnel acquisitions strategy, from awareness to consideration, and ultimately acquisitions and engagement of new Chase Marriott Bonvoy credit cardmembers.
  • Collaborate closely with bank partners and inter-agency teams to plan, develop and execute multi-channel media strategies, including digital, social, online videos, digital out-of-home, programmatic, custom content and partnerships.
  • Oversee creative direction and shape messaging for campaigns, ensure brand alignment, compelling value communication and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop media playbook, inform targeting, manage campaign calendars, approvals and deliverable due dates.
  • Optimize media performance, improve ROI and scale high-performing channels and identifying new opportunities.
  • Build and manage PR strategy and roadmap to enhance visibility of the credit card portfolio and reinforce key product narratives.
  • Develop proactive storytelling angles and thought-leadership opportunities, including partnerships and influencer relationships .
  • Manage agency partners to secure earned media coverage and elevate the brand presence across consumer, travel, lifestyle and financial press.
  • Identify new partnership and promotional opportunities.
  • Lead planning and development, implementation and post-launch measurement.
  • Collaborate with bank partner teams to align messaging, media strategy and awareness / acquisitions objectives.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Brand Marketing, Social, Paid Media, Legal, Purpose Driven Marketing, Existing Cardmember team) to bring campaigns to market seamlessly and identify opportunities to integrate with enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product features, enhancements, promotional offers and Marriott Bonvoy integrations.
  • Assist in creative development and coordinate creative logistics, reviews and deployment.
