Requirements

5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to lead and resolve questions across organizational stakeholders.
Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics and A/B testing software.

Nice To Haves

Experience in financial services and credit card programs preferred.
Previous experience as an analyst/data analyst/product analyst.

Responsibilities

Define and implement key initiatives for Upgrade's credit card product, including critical platform features and growth initiatives
Work closely with the internal teams and third-party vendors to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues across the business
Define new products and features with specs, wireframes, and product flows.
Work cross-functionally to define, develop, launch and scale our product.
Analyze the impact of product features and define key metrics for success.
