The Client Success Sr. Manager works in lockstep with their tier Director on team strategy and process to develop a best-in-class sales team. The CS Sr. Manager will work to enable the Client Partner team to focus on demand generation and account penetration. The Client Success Sr. Manager is responsible for coaching the Client Partner team to deliver strategic, data-driven plans to clients while also tracking important sales metrics such as deal slippage, win rate, and more. They will advocate across the organization for the Voice of the Customer to help strengthen the Retail Media offering and allow The Collective to be a trusted media partner in the industry.
