Learn more at www.circana.com. What will you be doing? We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Manager to join our Client Sales & Insights team. Based in Port Washington, New York, this is a senior individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities. The role leads Beauty client engagements and owns the delivery of insights that drive business growth. You will partner closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to solve complex business challenges, using data‑driven thinking to influence strategy and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in market research or client service roles, with hands‑on exposure to consumer, POS, custom, and/or syndicated data; experience in Beauty, CPG, or Retail strongly preferred.
  • Experience with syndicated data platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Circana/IRI/NielsenIQ) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple client deliverables and priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging clients and internal stakeholders through a consultative, insight‑led approach.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a lean team while taking ownership and operating autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience creating clear, client‑ready materials.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day client partner for two key Beauty clients, owning ongoing insight delivery and relationship management.
  • Take full ownership of client delivery work, including reporting, analysis, and insight development, with accountability for quality, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Analyze and synthesize point-of-sale (POS) sales, Consumer Panel, and market data to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for growth.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support client decision‑making and internal alignment.
  • Plan, organize, and lead recurring client interactions, including meetings, presentations, and check‑ins across weekly, monthly, and ad hoc needs.
  • Partner closely with the teams, focusing on execution and client management.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support client strategies and improve performance outcomes.
  • Operate with a high level of independence and initiative in a small team environment, proactively identifying issues and continuing to build expertise.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, improvement‑focused team culture through knowledge sharing and feedback.
  • Deliver a consistently strong client experience through clear expectation‑setting, proactive communication, and thoughtful follow‑through.
