About The Position

Peraton has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Senior Capture Manager . The successful candidate who will be responsible for supporting the capture of multi-million-dollar opportunities, management of bid and proposal (B&P) resources, target identification, capture strategies, proposal management, contract award and customer relations. Must be local to the Northern VA area Responsibilities Cultivates key business relationships in the Intelligence marketplace, with a primary responsibility for identifying and developing opportunities for business expansion. Lead the development and execution of winning strategies for opportunities >$30M for Intelligence Community opportunities, including strategic win themes, marketing campaigns and call plans, customer analysis, competitive analysis, solution and gap analysis, and the recruiting and selection of teaming partners. Maintains knowledge of the current developments in the government marketplace in order to assess the position of company and determines how to improve it. Makes recommendations for change or modification to strategy. May lead teams in order to develop and deliver various professional services solutions to include whitepapers, demonstrations, proposals and other internally developed products used to identify, qualify and capture new business. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the bid, and keep leadership advised when new bid risks are encountered, or mitigation plans fail to achieve desired results. Ensure the development of a winning offer and solution sets (e.g., technical/management, price-to-win, schedule, past performance) Manage communications and relationships with partners and subcontractors, coordinating customer communications and relationships with Business Development. Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years working within the Intelligence Community
  • Specific knowledge of solution to include advanced data analytics, cybersecurity, agile software development, and high-end systems engineering and integration
  • Understanding of teaming and developing mutually beneficial partner relationships with peers and other vendors
  • Able to effectively diagnose client needs, propose and close solutions that have measurable and positive business impact
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and organizational skills
  • Establish, build, and maintain positive, professional relationships and interaction at all decision levels
  • Maintain a highly credible and professional profile within the industry
  • Communicate issues, concerns and problems in a solution-oriented manner
  • Provide intelligence to the organization on competitive activity
  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.
