With 2025 revenues of $11.04 billion and over 2,250 patient locations across the United States, Quest Diagnostics serves half of the physicians and hospitals in the U.S. with their large variety of products and services.   The Senior Manager, Business Transformation Operations – National will be responsible for leading Lean transformation by developing and deploying Lean Business System standards and methods across the organization while improving operational performance.  The successful candidate will drive operational process rigor and performance in Labs, Logistics, and Patient Service Centers across all regions, while working closely with cross-functional teams to develop actionable roadmaps to increase efficiency across operational business processes and sub-processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in operations from various industries while applying lean manufacturing and change-management methods to transform the organization as an engaging continuous improvement culture. This position will be (hybrid) based near a major Quest Lab: Clifton NJ, Lenexa KS, Wood Dale IL, Irving TX, Marlborough MA  Pay Range: $125,000 - $155,000/year + 15% Annual Incentive Plan Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
