The opportunity Reporting to the VP, Business Transformation, we are seeking a Senior Director, Business Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that harness our Data Analytics, Automation, and AI platform to deliver measurable business value. In this role, you will identify high-impact opportunities, define business and technical requirements, design scalable processes, and drive adoption of data-driven, automated solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and outcomes. You will own transformation initiatives end-to-end—from opportunity identification and business case development to process design, implementation, adoption, and performance tracking—ensuring they deliver sustainable improvements. Partnering closely with leaders across Data, Technology, Risk, Finance, Operations, and other business units, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, offering the opportunity to shape how the organization leverages data, automation, and AI to drive performance, improve decision-making, and scale transformative solutions across the enterprise. This is an existing, fully remote role based anywhere in Canada. Requirements
- You have experience leading transformation initiatives, business process improvement programs, or strategic analytics initiatives, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- You are comfortable working across business and technology teams to implement process, analytics, or automation solutions.
- You have strong skills in business process mapping, requirements gathering, operating model design, and defining automation logic.
- You understand process improvement methodologies and have experience implementing workflow, automation, or analytics-driven process improvements.
- You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and are comfortable influencing leaders and working across cross-functional teams.
- You can translate technical concepts into business language and align teams around common goals and outcomes.
- You have demonstrated experience delivering complex initiatives and driving change across organizations.
- You are structured, analytical, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Nice To Haves
- You have an understanding of data platforms and analytics tools, and experience working with data teams to define requirements for reporting, analytics, automation, or AI use cases.
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake is considered an asset.
