The opportunity Reporting to the VP, Business Transformation, we are seeking a Senior Director, Business Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that harness our Data Analytics, Automation, and AI platform to deliver measurable business value. In this role, you will identify high-impact opportunities, define business and technical requirements, design scalable processes, and drive adoption of data-driven, automated solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and outcomes. You will own transformation initiatives end-to-end—from opportunity identification and business case development to process design, implementation, adoption, and performance tracking—ensuring they deliver sustainable improvements. Partnering closely with leaders across Data, Technology, Risk, Finance, Operations, and other business units, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, offering the opportunity to shape how the organization leverages data, automation, and AI to drive performance, improve decision-making, and scale transformative solutions across the enterprise. This is an existing, fully remote role based anywhere in Canada.
