The Senior Manager, Business Process Design & Improvement, is responsible for developing and leading AI transformation initiatives across the sales organization. This individual is responsible for engaging with senior sales leadership and boundary partners to develop, implement, and monitor the execution of the sales tool strategy roadmap. The Senior Manager, Business Process Design & Improvement will lead a team responsible for a portfolio of medium-to-large-sized projects, focusing on the team's capabilities, including sales tool strategy enablement, supporting the digital adoption strategy, and business process design and improvement initiatives. This individual will focus on maximizing performance by rationalizing, automating, and integrating sales enablement tools to achieve the highest ROI. Additionally, the Senior Manager, Business Process Design & Improvement, will identify and create strategies to reduce redundancies in tools across CAI, enabling an enterprise approach for determining the appropriate tools across the organization. This role will also oversee the delivery and maintenance of Digital Adoption content, as well as lead a tool process governance team. This team will own the full repository of processes within the CAI toolkit, developing and maintaining reporting and business analysis to ensure they’re followed, partnering with the business and technology teams to enhance.
