We’re seeking a strategic, impact-driven, and analytically strong leader to help scale Snap’s Small & Mid-sized Clients (SMC) business. This person will uncover analytical insights from advertisers — their motivations, challenges, and growth opportunities — and turn those insights into data-driven actions that power smarter go-to-market (GTM) and sales strategies. The ideal candidate combines analytical depth with storytelling ability — connecting complex data to insights that inspire action. They will lead a team of individual contributor BIE specialists, leveraging data science, AI, and automation to accelerate understanding and deliver scalable insights programs that inform growth, product, and sales decisions across Snap.
