Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development, to support hyperscale customer engagement and advance contracted data center projects across Rowan’s growing portfolio of large-scale campuses. This role works closely with other Customer Leads, as well as Solutions Engineering and Development teams, to progress customer relationships from early engagement through term sheets, Cost Reimbursement Agreements (CRAs), and executed lease agreements. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial instincts, experience supporting complex infrastructure transactions, and the ability to operate effectively in technically informed, fast-moving deal environments where outcomes are measured in executed contracts and deliverable projects. Reports to the Vice President of Business Development. Travel: Ability to travel up to ~30% for customer meetings, project sites, and industry events Location: Denver, CO (hybrid in-office role) Compensation: $150-$185K (Offers Bonus)
