Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term outcomes
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with Cymer Lightsource objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Delivers value analysis and competitive positioning by working with the Business Lines (BL)
  • Aligns with BL, Account Team and stakeholders of cross sector on target configuration
  • Reaches agreement with the customer on final configuration, negotiating product value on basis of product evaluations and ROI analysis
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Analyze market trends to inform business planning and decision-making.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and partnership agreements.
  • Drive installation and revenue recognition of upgrades and enhancements to closure with CS Operations team
  • Manage sales order to closure
  • Represent the Cymer Lightsource business line at industry events and conferences.
