This role sits at the intersection of analytics, product, and the business—owning how Wally integrates into merchant workflows and decision-making. You will serve as the voice of the user, while applying analytical rigor to ensure Wally drives measurable behavior change, action conversion, and business impact. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and advanced analytics teams to ensure that what we build is not only valuable—but trusted, utilized, and embedded into how decisions get made.
