About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing. The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing will be responsible for establishing a Company-wide brand identity to support our Mission and Values whilst ensuring the company’s brand aligns and supports Fujifilm corporate and Life Sciences brands. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field; experience or focused qualifications considered
  • 6-10 years of Brand Marketing ownership in the Life Sciences field such as bioprocessing and cell therapy
  • 5+ years of experience supervising and developing a team
  • Demonstratable Campaign creation, management and execution
  • Demonstratable global experience with marketing and interdependent colleagues such as Product Management
  • Understanding of brand management
  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)
  • Passion for life sciences marketing
  • Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Excellence in written English required.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for giving job specific direction and coaching to brand team members.
  • Direct the management, strategy, and development of market research and ongoing brand performance to build brand identity and strategy
  • Lead strategic oversight of campaigns and communications to drive multichannel demand generation
  • Drive brand initiatives that exceed Marketing KPIs
  • Co-develop the digital marketing team’s strategy, execution and optimization of digital channels including display advertising, search (SEM and SEO) and social media
  • Partner with CRM team to monitor KPI’s of results to influence tactics and drive maximum revenue benefit from company resources
  • Partner with team members to integrate marketing platforms and report on campaign and tactic performance
  • Be a cultural ambassador to build and amplify internal communications that support employee brand advocacy through story telling
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects FLBI branding specifications
  • Partner with department manager and stakeholders to develop Corporate Brand Identity Guidelines and visual identity for the Company in alignment with Fujifilm requirements
  • Provide artistic direction in the creation of collateral, company platforms, and graphics and video production to support commercial activities
  • Comply with Regulatory routing, documentation and archiving standards
