As a Senior Brand Manager, Innovation Marketing, you’ll drive innovation plans that deliver results for iconic cereal brands such as Special K, Rice Krispies, Raisin Bran and Frosted Mini Wheats! We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious and constantly looking for ways to innovate beyond the status quo. You’ll use your analytical skills to identify and solve problems that others may not realize exist. You’ll use your collaboration skills to work closely with Brand Marketing and other members of the cross-functional team such as Insights, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance. This is a Hybrid role. The person must commute within 200 miles of our Battle Creek, Michigan Headquarters and will be expected to be in office one consecutive Tuesday/Wednesday each month. This job requires some travel (up to 10%).
