About The Position

Owning program telemetry – Build and scale systems that track adoption, performance, and impact across the Wally portfolio. Requirements

A history of driving program telemetry and measurement strategy in complex tech orgs
A vision for seeing data not just as reporting—but as leverage for automation, prioritization, and iteration
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, bringing order without slowing momentum
Ability to partner deeply with engineering, data science, and product teams
A passion for scale and clarity—making it easier for hundreds of people to work smarter.
5+ years in technical program management or similar strategic execution roles
Experience aligning program telemetry with ML/AI development cycles
Proven success leading cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and analytics
Strong communication and influence skills, especially with senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with modern LLM and ML data architecture concepts is a plus
Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis
Statistical programming languages (for example, SAS, R)

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
