About The Position

Requirements

  • A history of driving program telemetry and measurement strategy in complex tech orgs
  • A vision for seeing data not just as reporting—but as leverage for automation, prioritization, and iteration
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, bringing order without slowing momentum
  • Ability to partner deeply with engineering, data science, and product teams
  • A passion for scale and clarity—making it easier for hundreds of people to work smarter.
  • 5+ years in technical program management or similar strategic execution roles
  • Experience aligning program telemetry with ML/AI development cycles
  • Proven success leading cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and analytics
  • Strong communication and influence skills, especially with senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with modern LLM and ML data architecture concepts is a plus
  • Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis
  • Statistical programming languages (for example, SAS, R)
